Customer Satisfaction Survey Out Today

Today we invited our clients to participate in our customer satisfaction survey.

Primacc’s vision is “to create an amazing customer experience and be an integral part of our clients success” and we are hoping that the survey will give us feedback to understand if we are delivering on that vision.

The survey should only take 2-3 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous, however if you would like us to contact you for any reason then please provide your contact details in the comments field of the Survey.

The Survey has been sent to all Greentree contacts from company owners down through to the casual user as we are interested in the feedback of everyone at every level of the organisation.
