Primacc availability during lockdown

The impacts of COVID-19 are serious and being felt by every business.

Primacc understands the important role that we play in supporting you, our clients.  Many will not require any support through this period, some may require additional support.   We are available.

Primacc staff regularly work from home and as such are available for support as required. All emails and existing contact numbers are fully operational and normal response times can be expected at this stage.  Should this change we will provide an update.

We understandably have had a high number of enquiries with respect to payroll leave categorisation and if you wish to make changes to your payroll please contact your consultant if you have not already done so.

Site visits obviously will not be permitted, however we have a range of online meeting tools at our disposal for face to face communication, as well as TeamViewer to enable access to your computers as required.  The software can be downloaded from our website if you don’t currently have.

Whilst it clearly is not business as usual, we are absolutely confident we will continue to provide any support you require.
