Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions

If you have someone you believe would benefit from talking with Primacc about their current challenges, we would love to talk with them.

When introducing the team at Primacc, we know you are placing your integrity on the line for us. You can be absolutely confident that every referral will experience our award winning service.

We wish to acknowledge your trust by entering all referrals into a draw, from which we will select one lucky winner who will receive $1,000.

Terms & Conditions

Who is eligible?

Anyone who provides a referral to Primacc.

When is the Campaign running?

Now until on 30 September 2023, unless otherwise varied by Primacc.

How do I enter the draw?

You make a referral to Primacc.

You provide an introduction to Primacc.

The prospect agrees to meet with Primacc to discuss requirements.

You will receive one entry per individual referral.

What exceptions apply?

The referral must not be a current Primacc customer.

Any referral from a MYOB Staff member.

Any referral from a Primacc staff member or associated party.

We reserve the right to exclude any referral which in our view is not in the spirit of the campaign.

How will the draw be made?

Each eligible referral will go into a draw, where a random name will be chosen from all eligible entries.

What am I liable for?

As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability obligations resulting from winning the campaign.
